WOW -- White on White

Hello!
I feel like I am constantly apologizing for not posting.  I am just in complete awe that the blogs I follow can find time to craft and post at least once everyday.  I just don't know how that is even possible!  So, I guess, I just need to ask for patience.  Please don't give up checking my blog.  I promise I try to craft so that I have something to show you!

Luckily today, I think I have something pretty cool to show you.  I came across the challenge over at Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenge blog, which is also where the digi came from, too.  It is Challenge 46 - White on White.  It was allowed to use some color on the sentiment and digistamp, but no colored paper or embellishments.  So, here is what I came up with
I know the flowers appear to have some color in them, but they really don't.  I think it is just from my lack of photography skills.  This card is the thank you card for our Main Leader for my daughter's Girl Scout troop.  I am hoping she likes it.

I am also going to enter this card over at Paper Sundaes for Challenge #70 - Pop It Up.  Miss Cool is popdotted and the flowers even sit a little higher of the card as I used some seriously thick sticky dots.  The last entry is over at Digital Tuesday Challenges.  Challenge #112 is add some texture, which I think this card fits for.

I am wondering if anyone has some good scrapbooking challenge blogs?  I am loving the card challenge blogs I have been visiting, but I would love to be able to have the same fun with my scrapbooks.

Let's Try This Again

Good Morning!
I have already tried twice this morning to post, but apparently, there must have been something going on because it just was not having any of it!
So, let's try this again!

I am pretty excited about today's card.  It features a digistamp created by Kenny K, whom I just LOVE!  This stamp is one of the five I was able to pick as the winner of the Kenny K Krafty Girlz Challenge a few weeks back.  I decided to use this stamp and color it retro style, so I could enter into this week's Let's Go Retro Challenge
I am also going to enter the card into the following challenges:

Thanks for looking again!
Let's hope I get a few moments to craft today, so I have something to post tomorrow.

I am also on the mission to find something cute to make 12 of for the teachers and staff at my daughter's school.  Any ideas?  I have lots of empty Crystal Lite containers.  Thought about altering those and putting something inside.  Just not sure, yet.  I know - not a lot of time to be indecisive!

Jump for Joy

Good Morning!
This is just a note to all me friends and family back home in Evansville...
I am thinking of you and praying for you all.  I finally saw pictures of the rain and flooding, and it is a lot worse than I imagined it was.  Hope you all dry out soon!

Today's card is pretty fun!  It features a Kenny K Download image.  I love, love these images!  Some of them are a bit on the risque side, but they just have so much attitude.  There are some awesome images for suggestive cards for your husband, and that is all I will say about that :-)

This image however was a freebie and it is 100% safe and fun!  I have been so anxious to color her, and just could not stand it any longer.
I colored her with my Bic Mark It Markers again.  I am really enjoying these markers, so I just ordered a 48 pack from Amazon.  I could not find any larger sets around here , and they were extremely in expensive.  I also used some Cat's Eye Chalk Ink.  The patterned paper is from Stampin' Up and all solids are Bazzill.  I broke out my CM Custom Cutting System to cut the oval.  Once I began using Digistamps, I had to dust of the cutting system.  I try to print as many images to a page as I can, so the system has really come in handy.  I have really been surprised.  Of course, I  have some patterns that I am going to try to get rid of because they have not been used for years, years, and more years!  The pink flower is one of the my Dollar Store flower experiments, and unfortunately, I unpackage just about everything I bring into my craft room, which causes me not to know the brand names of just about all of my supplies.  Also, I have not really bought any new supplies in so long that I have certainly no memory of the names.  Sorry!

Again, I am entering this card in a few challenges.
