Hello!
I am sorry this is so late today, and what I have to share isn't even a card or such. I have been working on ideas for the final two Daisy Scout Meetings. Since we are a brand new troop that started half way through the school year, funds and direction have kind of been limited. Thus, I have been racking my brain trying to come up with some inexpensive projects for our troop of 17 girls (first and kindergartners) to make. So, this is what I came up with. The project is also to help them learn their Girl Scout Law.
Each Petal and Color represents a different responsibility in the law, and they are written on the inside of the petals. Here is what it really looks like. Not too bad, right?
Petal Color | |||
| Blue Center | |||
| Light Blue | Honest & Fair | ||
| Yellow | Friendly & Helpful | ||
| Spring Green | Considerate & Caring | ||
| Red | Courageous and strong | ||
| Orange | Responsible for what I say and do | ||
| Purple | Respect myself and others | ||
| Magenta | Respect authority | ||
| Green | Use resources wisely | ||
| Rose | Make the world a better place | ||
| Violet | Be a sister to every Girl Scout |
Cute!!
